Green Thumb?

One of the highlights of our yard this summer was putting in a garden!
It was a couple nights of some hard work, moving rocks, busting up clay & mixing in good soil...
But we finally got around to the fun of planting. We are still waiting on the 'fruits' of our labor but its looking promising...

We put in three different kinds of tomatoes, zucchini, cucumber, sweet peppers, onions, radishes & cantaloupe... Here's hoping they grow!

Saving the Day

While in Salt Lake, Joe & Andrea were good enough to come pick me up & let me hang out with them all Saturday, which was much appreciated & very fun.
Unfortunately I didn't take the camera... so note to self for next time... take pictures!

I did however get the chance to see Jenni in all her medical gear which was actually really cool. I'm glad she took the time to stop by & show me her latest ride..

They even let me drive (not) & didn't charge me for the ride!

Jenni, you are so grown up!

I'm so proud that you are willing to help others so much,
I'd probably just pass out.

Roomie Reunion & A Wedding

Me & my BYU roomies gathered in SLC for a reunion & a wedding in March
Kimi & Joe got hitched in the Salt Lake temple & it was beautiful!

Rob was in town on business & was able to make it to the reception...
which happened to be on his birthday!

The reception was held at the Joseph Smith Memorial Bldg, it was quite beautiful!
p.s. check out Robs new suit, pretty snazzy ey?

Tawnya, MeganO, Linda, & Me

We stayed at the Marriott in SLC... one night we had management come knocking because we were a bit loud... honestly, us?

In honor of Kimi, who used to steal our cameras and leave us with hilarious close-up self portraits, we all took a self portrait... & Kimi was happy to join in!

First Snow

You can tell how behind I am... writing about snow in July? Sad...
This was memorable though because we had some big storms late in the spring, and as new homeowners we've been learning you need certain things to function in a house...
like snow shovels!
