First Ride of the Season...

I think that Rob is still getting used to this Colorado weather, and the difficult concept that you can't really ride a motorcycle year-round! So, the very long-awaited-for "first ride" on his new bike finally got here this past Saturday. Despite a few bumps in the road, Rob got bundled up and took his two wheels for a spin Saturday afternoon. All I can say is the thumbs up hardly does it justice!
See the big smile?? This was a slightly belated birthday present... We picked his new supermoto conversion kit up Saturday morning and all I heard the rest of the day was, "My wheels look sweet huh?" I'm no expert, but they do look pretty cool... I'm just happy that he's happy!

Go Rockies!!

Rob and I got tickets for a Rockies game last week and went down to watch them play great for seven innings... (threw it away in the eigth and ninth though) We had a lot of fun and really great seats behind third base... They were so good that I almost got popped in the face by a foul ball. It hit the back of the chair in front of me... too bad I was too shocked to reach and grab it! It was fun, but chilly!! We were bummed they lost, but there is still a whole season ahead!
